Dancing in the Sprinklers

I love water. Oceans, rivers (though perhaps not so much the Salt River in Phoenix... it's really gross. If I remember correctly it has the highest volume of human feces in 3 states or something.) Anyway, water and I are buds. Lately I've made the statement when it rains (without bothering with the follow-up clause) pretty frequently. There's a lot going on in my household, family, career and then this morning my laptop crashed. My blog has been very cathartic and an excellent tool for redirection of energy and the computer crashed just as I was typing my first few sentences.

I'm committed to my challenge goal to blog every day for 31 days, so here I am on my smart phone. #determination

Since this keypad is much less friendly for wpm than a regular one I'm going to have to skip my additional rambling thoughts on water and get straight to the point. As a child I LOVED running in sprinklers. I even still loved the activity after college. So while emotionally (especially today with the comp stuff and yesterday's news about the health of a loved one) I feel like the sky is dumping all over me I've decided to pretend that I'm running in the sprinklers. No worries or cares just delighted joy in the water. I can deal with the logistics of being a grown up tomorrow.

Do you need a break from all the character building exercises the Universe has thrown at you lately? Come on over to my yard and we will play, blissfully in the moment. Worry, stress and fear are Not invited. Its a Great party.

, now I'm off to see if my friend can resuscitate my poor sick computer. Send it,  me and my household some warm fuzzy energy please. We could use a spoon full of sugar with all of these opportunities for growth, patience and faith. :-)

  2. This reminds me that I need to make sure that back-up my computer because it's telling me that it needs to be done, and the thing is five years old. *sigh*

You have an incredible attitude! The rain is pouring down here in the Deep South, and it's threatening to make my beach camping vacation this weekend a bust. But whatever. It is what it is, and we're rolling with it ;)
